1. Data We Collect

MedsTrack Pro collects only data necessary to operate:

• Account Data: Username, email, hashed password, role
• Business Data: Drug inventory, batch details, sales records, customer names for receipts
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, timestamps for security logs and error tracking

2. How We Use Data

Data is used solely to provide POS and inventory services. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or analytics companies. Customer names on receipts are stored securely in your pharmacy's database account.

3. Data Storage & Security

MedsTrack Pro uses Supabase, a secure cloud database infrastructure, to store your business data. Data is stored on encrypted servers with industry-standard security practices including:

• Encryption: Data encrypted at rest and in transit via SSL/TLS
• Access Control: Row-level security ensures you only access your pharmacy's data
• Backups: Automated daily backups are performed by our infrastructure provider
• Authentication: Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text

While we implement strong security measures, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and managing user access within your organization.

4. Data Location & Third Parties

Your data is hosted on Supabase infrastructure, which uses secure cloud providers. We do not share your data with third-party trackers or advertisers.

MedsTrack Pro loads Font Awesome icons from cdnjs.cloudflare.com. No personal or business data is sent to this CDN.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your business data as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion and data removal by contacting support@medstrackpro.com. Upon verified request, all associated records will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

The Software is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes to Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check "Last Updated" date.
